(4) Total battery current measurement
(5) SOC calculation: estimate the remaining power of the Lithium battery
(6) Dynamically monitor the working state of the LiFePO4 battery pack: prevent over charging or over discharging
(7) Real-time data display
(8) Data recording and analysis: maintain the reliability and efficiency of the entire battery operation
Notices:
1. Use flame-retardant cables for battery connection, with clear positive and negative pole markings to prevent short-circuit hazards.
2. Check that all interface screws are tightened and the communication line (RS485/CAN) is connected correctly.
3. Extreme temperatures (<-20℃ or >40℃) will significantly shorten the life of lithium batteries.
4. Calibrate BMS parameters before use, turn on the energy storage backup mode and set the charge and discharge thresholds.
5. System enclosure requires reliable grounding; lightning arresters must connect to a dedicated earth grid.
